We started as a design agency. In the beginning, we struggled to find good designers for ourselves while using many platforms and recruiting agencies.
The problem with hiring solutions was that their sourcing was limited and their assessments were not tailored. Therefore, as a design agency, we couldn’t allocate the perfect fit for every client’s projects and we burned ourselves out.
After going through significant struggles, we created systems to find qualified candidates fast and tailor our filtering to every client’s project.
Over time, our clients asked us to hire on their behalf and we helped them do so successfully time after time.
We then realized that we were more than a design agency since we built better processes than recruiting agencies.
Our mission is to help startups find the right designers consistently by either helping them hire in-house or managing a team on their behalf, the result is always to design brands, apps and websites that delight, convert, engage and retain.
